Hiiii Everyone, This should be actually my first article to share with anyone,  I always have this kind of passion for creating a blog to share my dreams as well my crazy imagination about this world, so as a start, I choose to talk about traveling, trying new experiences, cultures, cuisine maybe also Fashion anything comes to my mind.

I think the most first step is to introduce myself :D, my name in Khadija, originally Amazight from a deep Rifian City,  Living in Morocco which is a very beautiful country that I truly love, also I’m 26 years old ,  I have always dreamt of traveling the world but it seemed so expensive that I thought it would always be just a dream but as soon I start enjoying this dream I found that is actually possible with really minimum of costs the most important thing is to live your dream, with my blog I hope I can help some of you to live their dreams but i as well to learn from all of you new things so it ‘ll be an exchange of experiences.


Healthy Life


Our choices always affect the procedure of our lifeline by taking the right or the wrong way. It’s true that some of us have the bless of God to be born with a very great sharp without any needs to work out for long hours or even to be on a diet, but most of us need to do some effort with the minimum physical practice and eating right to maintain a healthy weight and avoid certain health problems.

Being lazy doesn’t mean that you can not move your body from a while to another and to find the right way that can avoid you in the future all these health problems. Especially that we can not anymore control the markets, stuffed with chemical products, seems that the word bioproducts become only an image for hidden marketing behaviors.

It’s a hard decision, I know but be aware that is all for your good But come on guys Healthy eating is not about strict dietary limitations, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, improving your health, and stabilizing your mood. If you feel overwhelmed by all the conflicting nutrition and diet advice out there, you’re not alone. It seems that for every expert who tells you a certain food is good for you, you’ll find another saying exactly the opposite. But by using these simple tips, you can cut through the confusion and learn how to create a tasty, varied, and nutritious diet that is as good for your mind as it is for your body.

You are constantly losing water from your body, primarily via urine and sweat. To prevent dehydration, you need to drink adequate amounts of water. if you don’t stay hydrated throughout the day, your energy levels and brain function start to suffer. therefore there There are many different opinions on how much water you should be drinking every day ( Water, Juice, Milk..).

Health authorities commonly recommend eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon. This is called the 8×8 rule and is very easy to remember. Drink enough water can ensure your youthful look with a very beautiful, fresh Skin and hair but it’s also an incredibly cheap way to take the years off. otherwise, it’s a real Key for weight loss.

Eating more fruit and vegetables can help significantly reduce your risk for a number of chronic diseases, including high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and cancer. The fiber in whole produce also helps keep your microbiome (the collection of good bacteria that live in your gut) happy, which can reduce your risk for autoimmune diseases, fight off pathogens and infections and even improve your mood. Whole grains have all three parts of a grain: bran, endosperm, and germ. Barley, brown rice, oats, quinoa, wild rice, whole grain bread, and whole grain pasta are all examples of whole grains. Simple ^^ people who eat more whole grains have an easier time losing weight and keeping it off long term. Plus it helps reduce blood cholesterol levels and may lower risk of heart disease.

3. Stay Away Of Meat:

Guys, I have a very disgusting information but yeaaah it’s true did you know that one of the bigest problems in our planet caused by meat. A staggering 51 percent or more of global greenhouse-gas emissions are caused by animal agriculture, according to a report published by the Worldwatch Institute. According to the United Nations, a global shift toward a vegan diet is necessary to combat the worst effects of climate change. It’s doesn’t mean that you cant eat meat yes you can but just eating less meat can help reduce your blood pressure, reduce your risk of heart disease and help keep your weight in check. Plus, eating more plants helps bump up the fiber, healthy fats and vitamins and minerals in your diet. And if you’re worried about getting enough protein by cutting down on meat—that shouldn’t be an issue. Most Americans get much more than the recommended 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight (approximately 56 grams daily for men and 46 grams daily for women) and it’s easy to get that much protein eating a vegetarian or even vegan diet. Eggs, dairy (for a clean option, choose dairy with no added sugar and simple ingredients) beans and nuts all offer protein. When you do eat meat, choose options that haven’t been pumped with antibiotics and even better if they’ve lived and eaten like they would in the wild (think grass-fed beef, wild-caught salmon).

4. Limit Added Sugar:

The bad New that If you eat or drink too much added sugar, it can lead to health problems. These include tooth decay, obesity, type 2diabetes, heart disease, high triglyceride levels, increased low-density lipoprotein (LDL, or “bad”)cholesterol levels, decreased high-density lipoprotein (HDL, or “good”)cholesterol levels.

People who fill up on foods and drinks that contain added sugar may be less likely to eat and drink healthy options. Milk provides calcium, protein, and vitamins that help your body function well. Sugary drinks only provide a lot of calories with little to no nutritional value.

The Good New that Your body needs a certain amount of calories each day for energy. Think of this as your daily calorie goal. Your goal depends on your age, height, weight, and level of activity. Most of the calories you eat and drink should provide nutrients. Since added sugars don’t have much nutritional value, they are called “empty calories.” You may gain weight if you eat or drink too many empty calories. The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s website ChooseMyPlate.gov lists recommended daily limits for empty calories then you have the right to get one or Tow sweet Fruit per Day.

5. Don’t use Salt

The body relies on this essential mineral for a variety of functions, including blood pressure and the transmission of nerve impulses. Sodium levels in the blood must be carefully maintained.

If you eat a lot of salt — sodium chloride — you will become thirsty and drink water, diluting your blood enough to maintain the proper concentration of sodium. Ultimately you will excrete much of the excess salt and water in urine.

But always we have a second option if you can not live without salty food there are more than 19 natural salt alternatives (herbs and spices, citrus and vinegar..) that can give you a salty taste.

     Travelling and discovering the world it’s the only common dream that we all share for different reasons and self-motivation but we always have the same excuse resuming in we do not have enough money either time. but the most important reason to not enjoy your dream it’s the budget, so in this article, I’ll try to give some precious traps to help you avoiding the mistakes that I did before in my previous trips or the opposite of this some good advice that can be very useful for you to check before your future traveling plans.

2- Pick up the right season with right budget 

As discussed, in the end of the first Step you absolutely need to make a research about your destination to define your costs, easy just google’it, put the magic word on any search motor and wait for the results it’ll give you what you need, but the most important details is about flight and hotels so make a quick calculus about your average budget.

Otherwise, it’s a necessary if you are looking for a cheap way to travel, to delete from your mind any idea to travel as relaxed and rich people, to save your money, always pick up the right season and avoid the hot one where everything got double costs like holidays or summer.

3- Saving money 

This is absolutely THE  PRIMARY STEP, without money there is no Trip as simple as this :D, it’s all related for me after getting a plan or a goal now it’s time for actions, we spend our day losing money on stupid habit like eating outside fast food it’s the biggest source that take as in the red, eat your own hand work food learn how to cook this has so many advantages for your saving money 1 and  making peace with your body it’s more healthy, Stop paying for stuff that you never use or never wear, you can buy whatever you want but with a reasonable way, Stop Smoking and use a bicycle to move around your city, especially from work to home it’s also more healthy :p.

you can make a balance sheet to write for example a small study about ur expenses during a month by dividing your basic and extra needs with this way you can control your monthly salary and have a clear idea about how you can manage to save the x amount reserved for this Trip.

4- Book your flight 

Just right after Confirming your plan, book your seat, as soon as you can. why so simple flight tickets get high and more expensive with time and this due to the pressure and the availability, booking your seat early gives you a greats deals and a confirmation that makes you already facing the reality there is no running away anymore we are going yes or yes.

What you should absolutely try in Morocco?

Did you always have this Question?? About what is the things or the activities that you can try it here in Morocco, well today I’m going to share with you some of the awesome ideas and places where exactly it’s possible.

As some of you know or maybe no, Morocco have an amazing change of weather, Climate and Geography, varying with the season and region, it has a little of all.

In the south of the country, the weather is very hot and dry throughout most of the year, though temperatures can drop dramatically at night, especially in the months of December and January.

Owing to the relatively high winter temperatures, and summers that are dry rather than unbearably humid, Morocco is an all-year-round destination. If you really want to avoid the heat, the best time to visit is during the shoulder seasons of April to May, and September to November.

So what We Can Do?

1- Visiting historical sites such As Manara Garden In Marrakech, the Kasbah of Chafchaoun and you can find a lot of them in others city as well, Volubilis or Walilli (local name) a Roman City, Boujloud Fes, Hassan Tower in Rabat…

A lot of others Historical Sites that i can not include everything to this part i need really a specific article to talk about all Historical Spot in Morocco.

2- Trekking

Morocco’s climate is very diverse, varying with the season and region. which give all Trekking Lovers an opportunity to try all kind of trekking (Bike, 4*4…) so Morocco has an amazing Collection of 5 top Mountains:

3- Ski

Just 45 miles from Marrakech in the High Atlas Mountains, Oukaimeden is Africa’s highest ski resort, the village perched at 2,600m and its chairlift rising to the peak of Jebel Attar at 3,258m and servicing 5 runs at this height. There are also four drag lifts servicing the nursery and intermediate slopes, also In Ifran City, This activity is the most sport.

4- SkyDriving

There are two major skydiving schools in Morocco to consider while making your travel plans. Located a short distance from Marrakech is the Beni Mellal Flying Club (PACMA), which offers a full-day experience for adventure seekers. Whether you’ve jumped many times or this will be your first experience, the PACMA team is ready to make your Moroccan skydiving experience memorable.

A little further south is the Air Mauss Parachute Adventure school. The company is located in Taroudant, about one hour from Agadir. Similar to PACMA, Air Mauss is a progression-oriented school, and guests jump a total of six times. Your first jump occurs in tandem with an instructor. In subsequent jumps, you are accompanied with an instructor.

5- Surfing

Morocco is the land of the pointbreak, and the coastline around the Agadir area in the south is riddled with spots. This ensures surfing uncrowded waves. If you are struggling to get waves in a crowded lineup in Morocco you are a fool and a lazy one at that. There are empty waves around every corner and during the winter months, they are all firing. so do not lose this Chance to enjoy it :p

For those who have always the idea but they could never try it well cheer up there is a lot of Surf schools in all Moroccan beaches, or you can try surfing on sands as well :D.

6- Sahara ATV Quad Adventures and traditional parties

You can enjoy a lot the excursions with Quad in Marzouga, Ourzazat, Chagaga with an enjoyable moment with traditional parties in desert.


7- Hamam Massage and relaxation

The Hammam is an incredibly important part of Moroccan culture and life. Men, women and children will visit their local Hammam at least once a week, and spend two or three hours there (sometimes even longer!!), catching up on gossip with their friends, and following the long rituals for cleansing their bodies until their skin glows.
